Quinta do Convento Red Reserve

The origins of Quinta do Convento de São Pedro das Águias Convent date back to the 12th century, when monks of the Cistercian Order settled in the Távora Valley, contributing to the introduction of vineyard culture in the region. The Quinta do Convento Red Reserve is made of a field blend from old vines, which after fermenting in open-top tanks (Lagares), ages for 13 months in French oak barrels.
